Our first-quarter 2021 financial results

MSD announced first-quarter sales of $12.1 billion, in-line with first-quarter 2020. Excluding the impact from foreign exchange, sales declined 1%.
The company anticipates full-year 2021 revenue range to be between $51.8 billion and $53.8 billion, including a positive impact from foreign exchange of less than 2%.
